Dr. Eugene Richardson, Jr., is a retired math and science teacher, middle school principal and a Tuskegee Airman – one of the original African American pilots from World War II.  Eugene is also co-founder of the Career Consciousness, non-profit, Find Your Wings.  Eugene’s career is now  devoted to acknowledging, embracing, and encouraging diversity, as well as inspiring today’s youth to become tomorrow’s leaders.
