Dr. Richardson is a certified professional coach, organizational consultant and former HR manager. She serves as a strategic business partner to small businesses and non-profits. She assists with hiring, performance management, strategic planning, mission, vision and policy development. She has a strong background in workforce development having successfully designed and implemented employment programs for individuals entering the workforce from public assistance; youth getting exposed to work through apprenticeships; and seniors overcoming perceived barriers of ageism.
Dr. Helen Richardson is certified in a wide variety of personality assessments including MBTI and FIRO-B. Helen provides timely, candid, yet sensitive feedback to executives that increase their self-awareness and overall effectiveness in operating their organizations.
