Rosalind Spigel has 20+ years of organizational development, with specialties in board development, leadership development and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, team effectiveness, D/E/I, goal setting, and core interventions such as vision, mission, values. She designs and facilitates high impact, customized consulting services focused on fulfilling the client’s deliverables, informed by the client’s unfolding data and emerging trends. Her services are primarily tailored to nonprofit organizations.

Prior to launching her own consulting business, Spigel was a nonprofit executive who led public policy initiatives, strategic plans, and was responsible for dozens of high-profile events targeted to legislators, diplomats, business and community leaders. Her nonprofit experience spans organizations that serve women, children, and re-entering citizens and well as educational institutions and think tanks.
