Recharge Your Workforce – Investment in Self Understanding is an investment in higher levels of organizational functioning

This workshop is for workers and leaders who are feeling stuck or complacent. They are not aware of how to leverage their strengths, interests and abilities in a way that feels personally and professionally fulfilling.

Participants become aware of their strengths, explore options for growth and develop networks to help them reach their professional goals. They learn how to maximize the resources within your organization.

LEAP

Learning Empowerment Advantage Program

Give your self-starters a clear advantage in your workplace. Workers who have demonstrated clear potential and are attitudinally ready to grow their own career to take on a larger role within the organization. This program gives them clear understanding of self and a process to grow professionally. This can be the start of growing a very different kind of workforce. Mentoring, professional development, special projects, rotations can serve as part of this program.

2-half days – 7 hours

Results: career advancement; return to school; initiating organizational projects; active mentoring and sponsorship; higher levels of retention and engagement

LEAP Support Group

  • Facilitate the development of structure, ground rules and major process that will govern the functioning of voluntary membership in peer coaching support group
  • This is an on-going program for graduates of LEAP who wish to continue growing and supporting one another
  • Includes developing, mission, vision and goals
  • Identifying mentors both in and outside the organization to assist them in their career journey
  • Groups and individuals can take on special projects that are of interest to organization and participants; increased visibility

The Power of Three

The Power of Three is a basic course for survival in the multicultural world of work. It provides employees with three powerful foundation communication skills to help create an environment where your organization can achieve a competitive advantage.

Organizational Leadership – Leadership Training Workshops

Leadership in Action

Mid-to-Senior Level Directors and Managers

This program provides leaders with a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge to identify their own strengths and developmental needs and those of their staff. At the completion of a series of modules, leaders will execute a customized project to demonstrate their ability to think strategically, manage projects, build teams and develop people.

GEM Program

Growth and Education for Managers

The GEM program is designed to bolster core supervisory capabilities, strengthen peer networks, and deliver immediate benefits to the organization through applied project assignments.

GEM is for both new and seasoned managers, providing development opportunities appropriate for all levels of supervisory experience.
